There have recently been several requests for copies of letters written from this office to City Council, Finance Committee, and the Mayors office. In an attempt to continue our policy of transparency in government we will be posting the content of these letters on this site for any citizen to review. We will attempt to update this page when new letters to these departments are generated. We are ommitting standard requests to address council as these are of limited content. Only letters to these departments concerning finance are included on this page.
All corespondance is a matter of public record and, under the Freedon of Information Act, can be obtained through a public records request in the Auditor's office.
